| KRASNODAR. The Krasnodar Territory’s Tikhoretsk District authorities plan to build a bitumen storage facility on a 13 ha site in Tikhoretsk.
The district administration is looking for an investor to implement the RUR0.5bn ($15.1mn, or €11.34mn) project.
The facility is to unload bitumen from rail tank cars, store and release bitumen, and mix different types of bitumen and plasticising agents to produce various bitumen brands. |
| MOSCOW. Tinkoff Credit Systems, which specializes in issue of credit cards and is controlled by businessman Oleg Tinkov, plans to increase its capital by 480% by placing a RUR7bn ($210.9mn) additional issue, the bank said.
It plans to place 700mn ordinary shares with a nominal price of RUR10. The price will be determined by the board of directors no later than at the beginning of the placement. At present, the bank’s authorised capital is RUR1.472bn. |
