MOSCOW. The Russian Energy Ministry has proposed introducing changes to the rules of exchange trading in petrochemicals to make it easier for independent players on the fuel market (traders and independent owners of petrol stations) to access petrochemicals, said a source familiar with the results of the meeting of the headquarters for the petrochemical market’s situation.
Sales of petrochemicals by vertically integrated oil companies to their subsidiaries will no longer be counted in the share of obligatory petrochemical sales on the exchange, he explained. |
