MOSCOW. The Federal Anti-trust Service said it has opened a case against the Primorye Territorial branch of the State Fisheries Agency for making a deal with two companies which limited competition for state supply contracts. 'We suspect the Primorye Territorial branch of the State Fisheries Agency of conspiring with two companies in 2012 with the aim of having certain suppliers win the bidding for state contracts thus limiting the number of bidders in the auction for the right to set crab fishing quotas in the Far East,' the regulator said. The unlawful deals were allegedly made with the fish producers Typhoon and Aquaresurs-DV.

MOSCOW. Moody's Investors Service has assigned a B2 (hyb) rating to the Russian Standard Bank's $200mn 11.5% subordinated notes due 2024. This is the first time that Moody's has assigned a rating to a Basel-III-compliant debt instrument issued by a Russian bank, the agency said.
