MOSCOW. Royal Dutch Shell plans to open 15-20 petrol stations in Russia each year.
The plans include building filling stations and buying existing ones from small fuel retailers, said William Kozik, general manager at Shell Neft.
At present, the Anglo-Dutch oil company operates 103 filling stations in Russia, he said. |
