The merger of the Tupolev design bureau and the Kazan Aircraft Production Association (KAPO) is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2014, said Alexander Bobryshev, director general of the aircraft producing majors. 'We plan to establish a united legal entity, which will both manage and execute projects,' he said. 'We have not yet made the final decision on the company’s name. For now, we call it Tupolev-KAPO.'

MOSCOW. Fitch Ratings has affirmed the Moscow-based Zenit Bank's long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at B+ with stable outlook and has upgraded the lender’s National Rating to A(rus) from A-(rus), outlook stable.
