SAMARA. The Bank of Moscow’s Samara branch has opened RUR600mn ($18.4mn, or €13.84mn) credit line with maturity in 24 months to the Togliatti Transformator transformer plant. The plant is one of the largest manufacturers of high voltage power transformers with the installed capacity of up to 30mn KVA in the post-Soviet space.

MOSCOW. In the first six months of 2013, Bank Vozrozhdenie’s net profit under Russian Accounting Standards plunged 68.8% from the same period of last year, to RUR384.2mn ($11.8mnmillion, or €8.9mn) from RUR1.212bn. According to its financial statement, net interest revenues and commissions grew 1.3% compared to a year before and reached RUR7.1bn. The bank’s assets grew 3.1% since the beginning of the year and 11.5% since July 1, 2012, to RUR213.5bn, driven mainly by the retail loan portfolio’s increase by 18.2% to RUR30.2bn.
