MOSCOW. Russian Railways (RZD) said it has reduced stake in its subsidiary, Novosibirsk Switch Plant, to 25%.
Vossloh Cogifer, an industrial subsidiary of the Vossloh Group, one of the world leaders in the switch gear field for all types of rail transportation networks, won an auction to acquire 75% minus two shares in the plant for RUR2.03bn ($62.8mn, or €47.75mn) in May this year.
The transaction with Vossloh Cogifer SP Technology was registered on July 18. |
