| ST PETERSBURG. A Murmansk Project is being considered for the development of the Murmanskoye gas field, according to information provided at the 11th International Conference and Exhibition for Oil and Gas Resources Development of the Russian Arctic and CIS Continental Shelf, which has begun in St Petersburg.
The offshore Murmanskoye gas field with reserves assessed at 120 bcm (4.24 tcf) is located 200 km from the Kola Peninsula in the Barents Sea and could rival the giant Shtokman field. |
| MOSCOW. Bank of Moscow and oil and gas engineering construction company Stroytransgaz have signed three loan agreements to an aggregate sum of RUR8bn ($240mn, or €182mn).
Under the contracts, the bank will provide financing for some of the company’s projects commissioned by federal grid company FGC UES.
The credit lines will be opened based on the RUR30.5bn letter of credit limit that was endorsed earlier. |
