| MOSCOW. The government is to elaborate the main provisions of the government policy in the North Caucasus Federal District within two weeks, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev said.
Alexander Khloponin, the president’s plenipotentiary in the district, said the cabinet was expected to endorse a new federal target programme, South Russia, by November.
Financing of the new programme may amount to RUR40bn ($1.2bn, or €911.2mn) for three years, he added. |
| MOSCOW. Gazprom may provide over RUR20bn ($600.2mn, or €455.6mn) in loans to its energy assets, including Mosenergo and territorial and wholesale generating companies TGC-1 and WGC-2, head of Gazprom Energoholding Denis Fyodorov told the media.
Gazprom Energoholding is responsible for Gazprom’s power generation strategy, notably fuel supplies, heat and power marketing, and new generating capacities. |
