NOVGOROD. VTB Bank said it will provide RUR2bn ($60.6mn, or €45.4mn) loan for a period of eighteen months to the Novgorod Region.
The nation's second-largest lender has won a government contract to provide financing to the central Russian region.
The money will be used to cover the regional budget deficit and to service the region’s current debt. |
